Brian is a high-performing commercial lawyer with deep expertise in government procurement and complex contracting. He advises on commercial, legal, procurement, and probity matters for major Commonwealth and ACT Government clients, including the Department of Defence, Department of Home Affairs, Australian Border Force, Australian Electoral Commission, Services Australia, Australian Maritime Safety Authority, and the ACT Government.
With over 15 years of complementary experience across the public sector, Brian has held senior roles in policy, program delivery, contract management, international engagement, and learning and development. He is recognised for leading high-impact national initiatives, managing change, and driving outcomes in high-pressure, high-stakes environments.
