Daniel is an experienced commercial consultant specialising in procurement and logistics across complex Federal Government environments. With over 9 years of experience, Daniel brings a deep expertise in commercial strategy, supply chain optimisation, and operational delivery, supporting major programs through the full capability lifecycle.
His recent work includes leading procurement and logistics functional capabilities with the National Medical Stockpile (NMS) and the COVID-19 Vaccine Taskforce at The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing. Within these roles, Daniel provided pragmatic advice on matters of supply chain resilience, governance, critical supply coordination, procurement, and contracting engagements to meet both policy and operational outcomes.
More broadly, Daniel has developed and implemented commercial frameworks that underpin sovereign capability, drive supplier performance, and ensure a balanced approach to risk, value, and compliance. His work has supported the delivery of high impact programs in environments characterised by urgency, complexity, and evolving stakeholder needs.
Prior to joining Aldermane, Daniel held senior commercial roles across federal government and private sector organisations, contributing to procurement transformation, logistics strategy, and commercial advisory services. He is known for his ability to navigate ambiguity, steer consensus, and deliver outcomes that align strategic intent with operational execution.
Daniel is currently finalising his Bachelor of Business (Major in International Business) at Griffith University.
