Joel Manohar

Joel joins Aldermane Adapt as a Manager and brings extensive project management experience and a background in systems engineering, program delivery, and business process improvement. Joel brings deep expertise in Defence acquisition projects and service delivery model implementation, underpinned by a passion for integrating technical disciplines with client outcomes.

In his recent role as Deputy Project Manager for the Medium Special Purpose Aircraft capability acquisition within the Department of Defence (DoD), Joel was responsible for integrating engineering, logistics, and commercial functions to deliver a critical capability to the Royal Australian Airforce. This included managing project performance, coordinating with Original Equipment Manufacturers and Sponsors, and driving acquisition and transition into sustainment. The project team was awarded a group commendation by the Deputy Secretary of the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group DoD for outstanding performance.

Joel’s other previous clients included a Systems Program Office in Defence, Department of Education and NBN Co., where his efforts in implementation of a new service delivery model, system requirements development and operational process design drove significant efficiencies.
