Matthew is a strategic advisor and program leader, with over 15 years of experience delivering high-value outcomes across the Australian Government, finance and international public sectors.

Matthew is a dynamic and innovative leader who brings creativity and vision to inspire teams and meet performance objectives. Matthew contributed to national security and resilience within the international division of the Department of Education, with a focus on cross-government and government to government collaboration, policy development, procurement and project delivery. Matthew has a demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, deliver results in complex and high-pressure environments and communicate effectively across executive and operational levels. Matthew brings a combination of policy insight, commercial and financial acumen, and people-focused leadership skills. His experience spans strategic policy reform, stakeholder governance, and contract management in both domestic and international contexts.

Matthew brings a broad skillset developed through extensive experience across multiple sectors. Prior to joining Aldermane, Matthew worked in national security for  the international division of the Department of Education, was a Bank Manager for National Australia Bank, and a Director in the public and culture sectors in Germany.
